El día de hoy en Berlín en el evento IFA, Samsung nos complace con la salida de tres nuevos productos de su amplia línea de gadgets. Estos son el Galaxy Note 4, Galaxy Note Edge y el Gear VR.
Desde que salio el Galaxy Note en 2011 en este mismo evento, y una nueva versión después en cada año que le siguió, la compañía de electrónicos coreana mostró la capacidad de innovación que le podía agregar a los smartphones ademas con un tamaño y potencia que en esas fechas era lo mejor que este tipo de dispositivos pudieran tener. Sobre los nuevos equipos, el Note 4 cuenta con un display de 5.7″ Quad HD (resolucion de 2560×1440 pixeles) Super AMOLED, cámara posterior de 16MP, cámara frontal de 3.7MP, un S Pen para realizar notas a mano alzada, dos variantes de procesador dependiendo del país y el carrier: 2.7 GHz Quad-Core o 1.9 GHz Octa-Core (1.9GHz Quad + 1.3GHz Quad-Core), 3G de memoria RAM, capacidad interna de 32G y 64G (que se puede aumentar con 64G mas vía micro SD), todo esto bajo el SO Android 4.4 Kitkat.
Con respecto al Note Edge comparte muchas de las características que tiene el Note 4 con algunas diferencias: tiene una batería de menor capacidad (3000mAh), la pantalla se reduce a 5.6″ pero le agrega una pantalla táctil en el costado derecho de 160 lineas de pixeles (haciéndolo 3.8mm mas ancho y 2.2mm mas corto) que servirá para accesar funciones del equipo sin necesidad de levantar la cubierta.
Y también compitiendo en el rubro de la Realidad Virtual nos muestran el Gear VR, pariente lejano (no tan lejano ya que éste usa pantallas Samsung en su interior) del Oculus Rift ya que este usa pantallas Samsung en su interior, que es un dispositivo el cual tiene una cubierta frontal removible en el cual se introduce el Note 4 convirtiéndolo en una maquina de realidad virtual.
